In 2004, “The Academy of Advanced Tactics” was formed by Tulsa Police Officer Greg Douglass. The primary goal of this company was to teach advanced tactical and safety training to individuals that work daily in high risk environments. AAT offered several cutting edge training programs for civilians and law enforcement personnel but the flagship program was F.I.S.T. ™ (Financial Institution Safety Training) Certification Program, an advanced armed robbery training program designed especially for financial institutions.
Due to the incredible success and nationwide popularity of the F.I.S.T. ™ Certification Program, the demand grew for additional security related services.
In 2005, the name of the company was changed to Citadel Intelligence Corporation to reflect the goals and new direction of the company.
Citadel Intelligence Corporation quickly extended the offering of services to include off duty police officers and law enforcement for on-site security, and corporate and personal security consulting in addition to the various specialty security training programs originally offered. Eventually, private investigations and executive protection were added. Citadel Intelligence has also recently partnered with a nationwide provider of security systems and surveillance equipment and a narcotic detection dog service in an effort to truly become a full service security company, protecting people and property around the globe.
