Personal Safety Training
In our uncertain world, your personal safety and security should not depend on dialing 911. Everyone should be equipped to take responsibility for their own safety in any situation. Awareness is a learned skill and when successfully applied, it is the first defense against violence and crime. We will teach you skills to identify individuals that pose a threat, predict violent behavior, and overcome volatile situations. We will reveal strategies for safety in every day situations. Weapons and various self-defense techniques are also covered, although our focus is on prevention and preparation. Individuals that experience our program are empowered with the knowledge that they can take control of their own safety and choose not to have a fearful “victim” mentality. Women's Safety and Awareness Seminars
Our women's seminars are taught by law enforcement officers and contain safety and self-defense training designed to empower women in an exciting and informative setting. In today’s society, women must possess the necessary skills to ensure their own personal safety. Our curriculum draws from the core principles in the nationally acclaimed book, Gift of Fear, by Gavin de Becker. Individual or group sessions are available.
